M02_1. Customer account management

The following sub-modules are included: M02_1.1 Current accounts; M02_1.2 Term deposits, savings certificates, certified deposits; M02_1.3 Savings accounts.

M02_2. Signature check

Checking a customer's signature in the system before a withdrawal operation.

  • Main functions This module enables you to capture signatures and passport photos from individual customers and group signatures from corporate customers. This task is performed after a third-party account has been opened. These signatures and photos will be consulted during any operation that requires them (cash desk, clearing).

M02_3. Ordering cheque books

Calculates and records agios, interest and charges on customer accounts.

  • Main functions
    • Customer requests chequebooks;
    • Bank orders chequebooks from its supplier (printer);
    • Storage of chequebooks;
    • Issuance of personalised chequebooks by the customer;
    • Destruction of unused chequebooks...

M02_4. Closing of accounts

Calculates and records agios, interest and charges on customer accounts.

    • Calculation of agios and interest :
      • Merged accounts
      • Correction of previous statements
      • Interest income and expense
      • Hamburg method and direct method
      • Recognition of accrued interest not yet due
      • Derogatory conditions
    • Generation and allocation of premiums

M02_5. Statistics on customer account movements

Evaluates the performance of customer accounts by the authorised representatives. This is done through account movements.
