A brief history

CERGI is a limited company created in 2015 in Lomé to continue the activities of CERGI Banking Services SA, which has been based in Abidjan since 1991. business of the African subsidiary of the French group Société Générale de Services et de Gestion (SG2 - Africa), which specialised in banking IT in the 1980s. CERGI offers the software solutions best suited to the activities and development of the African banking and financial sector.
As the leading provider of automated banking compliance management solutions in the WAEMU zone, CERGI SA provides reporting institutions with A leader in automated banking compliance management solutions in the WAEMU zone, CERGI SA provides reporting institutions with a wide range of software functions for regulatory declarations as required by the Monetary and Supervisory Authorities. CERGI currently has its head office in Togo and an office in Côte d'Ivoire.

Governance

CERGI SA has a Board of Directors made up of five (05) members and chaired by Yao Dodzi DOGBO as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He is supported in his responsibilities by a Deputy Managing Director and Central Directors to implement the company's strategic orientations. CERGI has built up its solid experience over more than thirty years thanks to the 100% African skills of its seasoned engineers, supported by resource persons with banking and finance experience. It now has more than 50 employees, including :
